Team Hoover Grant Program
Team Hoover offers small grants for individuals diagnosed with MS who are seeking help with personal needs. These grants are to help with small equipment or other means to make life simpler for those who suffer with MS. If you would like to apply, please fill out the application form below and email it to:
[email protected] PLEASE NOTE: Team Hoover cannot awards grants for rent or utility costs. But there are resources out there. Start with Housing All, a ministry of First Baptist Church, Salisbury Street. This program is aimed at Raleigh residents only (Call 919-832-4485 on Thursdays only, starting at 9 am), but check with your local social services office for information on non-profit programs in your community.
